Bronte was recommended to me by a friend. She came to my home to syringe my ears. Firstly she made me feel at ease, she asked me some questions then explained what she would attempt to do. Bronte asked if I had any questions and if I was happy to let her examine my ears, she reassured me that she would stop at any time if I felt uncomfortable. Bronte examined my ears and explained she could clearly see a plug of wax. Bronte asked if I felt comfortable with her attempting to syringe my ear to enable the wax to be removed. This was done extremely gently. I couldn’t believe that such a quick gentle procedure enabled my hearing to come back. Bronte stayed for a cup of tea to ensure I felt okay before leaving.
